    Work 100% of your body from the inside out with Bikram Yoga, the original hot yoga series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Our focus is to build strength and stamina, improve flexibility and balance, heal old injuries and prevent new ones, destress and detox your body so you leave feeling energized for the rest of your life!

    Find balance and fluidity in your body with this faster paced class as you move with your breath from one pose to the next. There are minimal breaks between postures in this energetic class to help improve your strength, flexibility and mind-body connection.

    A slower, more mindful approach with focus on slow transitions, longer holds and achieving stillness with your breath. The gently nature and meditative pace will help create peace and calm within your body while helping you become familiar with the different poses.

    A low impact, concentrated and controlled approach to help you ignite your Power House to build balanced, full body strength. This high-energy class will incorporate variations of the classical Pilates exercises in a mat based format using light dumbbells, resistance bands, and Pilates balls.

    🔥 Heated to 90°

    An effective, 45-minute whole body workout that perfectly combines a bootcamp style approach with an active flow. This upbeat, high-energy class will help you improve your strength and cardiovascular endurance while utilizing medium and heavy weights and resistance bands.

    The perfect way to begin your hot yoga journey! This practice is very gentle and focuses on deep stretching with long holds primarily seated or lying down. With a backdrop of soft music, this class will help you melt into a state of relaxation and increase your flexibility.
